We are currently only hiring in specific location in the United States. Locations, office requirements, and salary bands are outlined below. Please note that we do not offer relocation at this time.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll spearhead strategic growth and technical excellence. You'll blend deep technical expertise with product management mastery to proactively identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and elevate our technical positioning. You'll own and drive software services and platforms, drive pipeline growth, increase proposal velocity, and ensure technical integrity across engagements. You'll bridge technical, creative, and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strategic Product Ownership: Own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Analyze business needs and mitigate risks. Lead engineering discussions on technology decisions.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical SME. Partner with client partners and growth teams to elevate proposals. Own the technical proposal pipeline, ensuring proposals are compelling and aligned. Provide technical guidance and risk assessment.
  • Product Innovation: Define and manage roadmaps. Leverage emerging technologies. Collaborate with data and engineering on feasibility and execution.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison. Build strong stakeholder relationships. Present complex solutions clearly. Partner to identify product capabilities. Consult with creative teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline the proposal process. Support QBRs, RFIs, and client-facing materials. Improve operational efficiency. Collaborate on decks to communicate value. Provide insights on product performance and client behavior. Develop metrics to measure success.
  • AI/ML Focus: Evaluate and optimize potential AI solutions and recommendations. Stay current with AI technologies and identify applications.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of product management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with AI/ML product management.
  • Experience with end-to-end marketing technology product delivery.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in cloud platform architecture (GCP a plus) and marketing operations is a plus.

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.

This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Denver, CO office located at: 3320 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205

Denver, CO Salary Range$111,300—$161,400 USD

This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered.

This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Chicago, IL office located at: One South Wacker, 1 S Wacker Dr #2250, Chicago, IL 60606.

Chicago, IL Salary Range$121,200—$175,700 USD

This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Boston, MA or Newburyport, MA offices located at: 35 India St, Boston, MA 02110; 20 Inn St, Newburyport, MA 01950

This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of New York, NY (tri-state area is ok) to be considered.
