Job Title: Technical Liaison – Foreign Security Cooperation Programs (Secret Clearance Required)
Location: Telework with frequent international travel (up to 50% OCONUS)
Position Overview: Leidos' National Security Sector invites you to join our team as a Technical Liaison for worldwide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation (SC) programs. Bring your expertise to a telework-based role with global reach, empowering government security assistance acquisition across the world. Applicants with a current Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) will thrive in this highly impactful position.
Key Responsibilities
Be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge capabilities for maritime domain awareness (MDA) and maritime platforms by:
- Advising U.S. Government and international partners on strategy, documentation, and execution of short and long-term acquisition plans.
- Providing technical expertise to develop policy, procedures, and processes for SIGINT capability planning and fielding.
- Assessing design, development, and evaluation documentation to identify risks and proposing solutions to integrated product teams.
- Developing strategies and familiarizing foreign personnel with capability and coverage gaps and requirements, data processing and analysis techniques, and reporting and indexing of knowledge.
- Creating professional briefings, meeting minutes, and official correspondence in collaboration with the U.S. Government.
Your Expertise
We are searching for candidates with:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree).
- Clearance Requirements: Current Secret clearance is required (DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred).
- Advisory Expertise: Demonstrated success in advising U.S. government and foreign partners on acquisition support processes.
- Military Collaboration: At least 10 years’ experience with U.S. military and security cooperation entities.
- Acquisition Knowledge: Insight into international acquisition practices, including arms control and high-tech equipment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation design capabilities.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strategic, holistic thinking with sharp attention to detail.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong data translation skills to drive strategic decision-making.
- Organization and Agility: Superior organizational skills with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50%) as governed by contract provisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with I&W, SIGINT, and EW systems on maritime platforms.
- Experience with MDA capabilities, analytic CONOPS, and vessel-of-interest tracking and reporting.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
