Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Workday Developer (Integrations) in support of The Department of Defense (DoD). This position will be remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies
  • Design and develop system to system integrations between Workday and third party systems
  • Engage with customer to advise on best practices for data interoperability, data exchange protocols and scalable integration solutions
  • Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations
  • Implement Workday design solutions including system integrations and data analytics
  • Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers
  • Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipeline
  • Test and debug complex software components and units.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing applications using modern coding languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems or related technical degree plus and/or 5 years of comparable work experience
  • Experienced in building end-end data integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday integration and data management tools
  • Proficient in Workday with active Workday certification
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices
  • Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
  • Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline
  • Experience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to work proficiently with MS Office and CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale, multi-phase programs or projects, preferably in IT or HR transformations
  • Proven track record developing for HCM projects, including implementations of HR Information Systems (HRIS) or enterprise-level HR technology solutions
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or understanding federal regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable

Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with an current/active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
