About the role and why it’s unique:

  • Leading and supporting various audits related to gaming compliance requirements
  • Analyze risk and impact to regulatory standards in respect to our systems, implementations, processes and third party integrations.
  • Identifies and implements business process improvements by collaborating with various teams.
  • Minimize risk while enabling efficient business operations.
  • Analyze new product features and functionalities that the technical team is planning to implement, then provide feedback related to regulatory requirements for targeted markets.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive guidelines and resource libraries.
  • Interact with certification labs to present our current technology flows and planned implementations.
  • Help drive and support our release and change management management process.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define and implement automation strategies for release notes and change management needs.
  • Improve processes and procedures while considering long-term goals and gearing towards future flexibility.
  • Help build a team with strong inclusive culture and creative mindset.

Who you are:

  • You have experience evaluating and interpreting regulatory requirements, effectively relating them to technical solutions and implementation flows.
  • You have some gaming or sports betting experience and are passionate about the industry.
