Technical Capability Manager
We seek a dynamic professional to identify and develop new capabilities for service and solutions in the North America market. You'll prioritize and define requirements for service delivery and capability development, driving transformation and global standards adoption. Join us as a change agent and help innovate the future!
Your role:
Partner with leaders to develop and deploy capability roadmaps, driving adoption.
Understand technical service delivery and challenges to identify enablement requirements.
Collaborate with teams to identify capability gaps for successful market launches.
Identify areas for service and solution delivery improvement.
Advance Philips solutions while meeting business timelines and deliverables.
Maintain and expand technical skills and update technical processes and customer documentation for North America.
You're the right fit if:
Over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; technical certifications recommended.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Strong strategic skills for creating actionable strategies and designs.
Expertise in business process design, continuous improvement, and solutions deployment.
Product management experience and ability to work in a matrix organization.
Exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $102,200 to $175,200, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
