The Technical Account Management position aims to monitor and manage the technical health and performance of our Radiology solution, provide proactive management of solution performance for assigned customer accounts, and be a single coordination point for technical issue resolution and solution optimization aimed at reducing technical support incidents.
Your role:
- Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, helping to drive support in order for the customer to achieve their business objectives.
- Assist customers in solving point-in-time technical challenges.
- Act as a direct point of contact for the customer and account team to drive resolution of product and support issues and communicate within the organization to meet the customer’s needs.
- Deep understanding of assigned customers’ environment, maintain documentation, and leverage this information to ensure overall system health & optimum performance.
- Use technical acumen, solution expertise, and customer-facing skills to effectively represent Philips within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Provide advocacy and tactical technical advice to help plan, maintain, expand, and upgrade solutions using standard methodologies, and enthusiastically keep your customers’ Philips environments operationally healthy
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years experience supporting post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture and experience in supporting clinical and/or health care applications a plus.
- Your skills include Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems and HL7 messaging standards.
- You have 2+ years experience planning and implementing large software installations, or managing them after installation, or related experience.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, engineering, economics, or equivalent experience and can work independently and are self motivated.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field-Based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $74,900 to $117,700. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
