Role Overview:
The Technical Account Associate supports the Technical Account Managerâs in their management of portfolios of post-implementation Huron Research Suite clients serving as the secondary technical client relationship contact. As a Technical Account Associate, you will build strong rapport with stakeholders in your portfolio, remotely working to assist Account Managers in advancing the aspects of the clientâs program. A successful candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills who is able to cross collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholder teams.Your responsibilities will include:
