We are seeking a Team Lead, People Ops International to join our team, which is a part of our broader People Success Team. The Team Lead, People Ops International will lead a team of HR Generalists in the EMEA and APAC regions responsible for delivering HR services at scale through our global tiered shared services model. A passion for leading a high-performing operations team in a fast-paced, remote environment is a must. This role will report to the Manager, People Ops Global. 

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) 

• Lead a team of 8-10 (remote) team members in Europe and Asia responsible for providing a seamless employee experience by answering HR questions, providing HR advisory support, managing employee data and conducting HR operational services 
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through coaching, development, and engagement
• Monitor and proactively manage key operational metrics (eg., response time; quality; employee experience)
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve escalations 
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery, providing direction to internal stakeholders, project managers, and process specialists on implementing efficiencies and integrations between processes, teams, and tools
• Think creatively about the employee experience - find ways to improve every interaction with the People Operations team

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Ability to manage remote teams and work across multiple time zones
• Experience in fast growth culture - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action
• Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal
• Proficiency with Google apps
• Experience with Workday, Jira and Slack (preferred)

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
