The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Scout to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier talent across various channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including but not limited to social media, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.) to effectively target and engage passive candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, emails, and networking events to establish strong relationships and promote employer brand awareness.
- Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Operating with under the recruiter compliance outlined by Solventum
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of candidate sourcing experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of candidate sourcing experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Five (5) years of combined sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience using Workday for recruiting.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience as a Talent Scout in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Advance experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRM’s and other HR software.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
