Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.
- Work Location: US
- Work Arrangement: Full remote
- Work Schedule: Mon-Thur,10a-7p Pacific Standard Time (PST) & Fri, 8a-5p Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Specific requirements: Solid Sourcing Healthcare experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with the organization’s goals.
- Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost the interest from target candidates. Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the specific skills and qualifications required for niche positions.
- Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, utilization of recruitment marketing, etc. to cultivate and grow talent communities …
