National Debt Relief is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to tackle high volume recruiting of professional and technical positions, due to our tremendous growth. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment with business leaders and executives, including but not limited to, sourcing, screening, presenting qualified applicants to hiring managers, and negotiating offers. This will be a fast-paced role requiring a level head and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships and work autonomously to be successful. Our dynamic team thrives on collaboration and teamwork, with passion for the candidate experience and ability to service our business leaders with their hiring needs.
This role is a 6 month temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a full time opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Manage and direct full cycle recruiting process for professional, technical, and other roles as needed; primarily in techology. • Lead negotiations on offers with candidates within parameters and partner with PE Director for additional approvals as needed.• Build and maintain relationships with high level leaders including senior and executive leaders to lead open job requisitions.• Collaborate and assist with People Experience Team and Compensation in creation of specifications for new positions.• Lead intake process for new job requisitions and capture all requirements of role and candidates.• Lead outreach for confidential roles with sensitivity and have the ability to create pipeline with all outbound recruiting efforts.• Lead sourcing candidates using multiple resources, such as applicant tracking database (iCIMS), CRM, and job board key word searches (including, but not limited to, reaching out to prospective applicants and referral sources, attending career fairs and networking, etc.).• Lead and supervise all aspects of interviewing, hiring and feedback for candidates (including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, following up with candidates, etc.).• Organize and partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies for key roles.• Provide a high-quality, professional experience for every candidate from application to hire.• Create, develop, and manage a pipeline of candidates.• Other companywide and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.• 3 years’ experience in a high-volume recruiting setting required.• 2 years recruiting and processing professional and technical recruiting candidates.
• Ability to lead and support leaders including senior leaders and executive level throughout the recruiting process.• Ability to work asynchronously, manage timelines and meet deadlines throughout the recruiting process. • Flexibility to connect with candidates and present offers outside of normal business hours. • High energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude who can work with grace under pressure.• Great attention to detail, organized, and committed individual with a drive to provide excellent candidate experience at all touch points.
• Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.• Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.• Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.• Take constructive feedback.• Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $76,000 to $92,000.Benefits
