Job Description: Softrams is seeking a Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate is someone who has performed hands-on backend testing and transitioned to a System Analyst role.

Federal Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.Ā 
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.Ā 
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.Ā 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in a related fieldĀ 
  • 4 or more years of related Systems Analyst experience to include preparing requirement documentationĀ 
  • 4 or more years of experience working on system requirements for large enterprise integration projects: Web Services, SOA, APIsĀ 
  • Solid knowledge of database conceptsĀ 
  • 2 or more years of SQL hands-on experienceĀ 
  • Experience in data modeling is desiredĀ 
  • Any experience as a tester is preferredĀ 
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferredĀ 
  • 2+ years of experience working with Federal Healthcare IT Projects. Experience with CMS related projects is preferredĀ 
  • Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack etc.Ā 
  • Experience with Cloud-based architecture (AWS)Ā 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Owner(s)/Data Analysts/Technical team as a primary point of contact for system related questions and requirements, with the ability to guide and escalate across product delivery team(s) as necessary.Ā 
  • Understand the strategic direction of product features and related system and business processes, the impact of changes across the entire application, and the priorities of backlog. Apply knowledge of business and system capabilities to anticipate needs, address issues that arise, and deliver value to our customers.Ā 
  • Apply knowledge of SDLC processes to include system process flows, team reviews of analysis, design, code, test, and deployment as well as ā€¦
