The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our Service Desk team on the F3I program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration.

This position will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing remote support for network and desktop issues
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve user problems through direct interaction
  • Gain experience with multi-tier service desk operations
  • Collaborate with software development and systems administration teams
  • Contribute to knowledge management systems and self-service portals
  • Develop skills in incident management and problem-solving
  • Enhance your communication skills through user and team interactions


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong interest in IT support and systems administration
  • Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI


Desired:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts
  • Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
  • Knowledge of information security practices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$36,300-$72,600
