Job Description:

The SVP, Productivity Management Lead will be working within Amplifi, which is the Media Investment arm of Dentsu International and will be responsible for providing the management of the Global and North American Productivity team, which includes professionals such as Directors, Managers and Associates.

This role will oversee the Team’s productivity reporting process, which involves the tracking, measurement and reporting of buying performance and savings commitments on the Company’s Global and North American clients across nominated markets and media types.

Productivity reporting is a key process within Dentsu International as it ensures that all pricing commitments are met for these clients using the Company’s existing productivity methodology and are in compliance with external auditor validation.

Specific duties include:

  • Managing the Company’s client productivity programs and ensuring the delivery of commitments and reporting results back to management, clients and auditors on a timely basis. Ensures that clients’ and external auditors’ expectations and deliverables are met.

  • Implementing and leading presentations and training programs of the Productivity Team to ensure the team members are kept abreast of new developments in the field. Setting short- and long-term goals, as well as performance objectives and standards for the team.

  • Managing the Productivity Team members responsible for collecting and measuring productivity data and quality metrics. Presenting and communicating benchmarking methodology and productivity targets to local market buying/client heads.

  • Supervising the work activities of the Productivity Team which includes seasoned professionals such as Directors, Managers and Associates.

  • Tracking media buying performance management (productivity) across nominated clients and markets to create strategic direction as part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to develop and expand its productivity program offerings.

  • Overseeing the delivery of reported buying data in line with agreed methodology and timing. Preparing monthly or quarterly savings reports and client presentations where necessary.

  • Working closely with Amplifi and Investment teams on various ad hoc or data analysis projects, as needed.

  • Managing relationships with external Media Auditors to ensure that all evaluation, auditing and benchmarking functions are favorably managed and savings are validated correctly.

  • Overseeing any productivity management issues by identifying and resolving specific market delivery problems. Working closely with the Productivity Team in taking any steps necessary to address these issues.

  • Developing and managing key relationships with client management and executives, both globally and in the United States. Developing and presenting new business pitches, where required.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ Years media buying, auditor or data analysis experience

  • Must have experience in either media buying, auditor or data analysis

  • Solid knowledge of the media planning/buying process

  • Solid numeric and Excel skills essential

  • Excellent data management capabilities

  • Excellent time and team management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasker

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
