Job Summary: As the SVP of Sales you will be a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, hands-on sales expertise, and team management capabilities. The SVP of Sales will be a "player-coach," actively engaged in closing business while also leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales organization, setting clear goals and expectations.
Business Development: Actively engage in closing complex sales deals and building strong relationships with key clients.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a talented sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Min 3 - 5 years sales management experience.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership and closing complex deals.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range - $235,000 - $266,000
Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)
