Over 700 professionals prepare everything, from slip preparation to technical processing of premiums and claims, and collection and settlement of fiduciary balances.

We are currently seeking an SVP, Global Claims Consultant to join our team in the New York office.

  • You will utilize your extensive industry and claims expertise and reinsurance knowledge, to offer strategic guidance and risk mitigation solutions to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

We will count on you for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our global claims consulting practice.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on complex claims issues, reinsurance structures, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough analysis of claims data, trends, and exposures to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers underwriters, actuaries, and legal counsel, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Industry Advocacy: Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes impacting claims management and reinsurance, and represent the company in industry forums and events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in claims management within the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a focus on complex commercial lines and global operations.
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in managing claims and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Deep understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $131,000 to $248,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
