Position Description & Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for a motivated and results oriented leader who has proven success in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for daily operational oversight of the No Surprises Act (NSA) workstream; directing teammates to ensure processes are being completed as expected and team is meeting critical KPI’s. In addition, to supervisory duties, this position will be responsible for intermittently leading and/or supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the NSA Workstream to achieve functional objectives
• Serve as a single point of contact for the NSA Operations
• Continue to define and enhance metrics and establish effective controls
• Effectively anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocks and process inefficiencies
• Facilitate and lead internal and external meetings to drive progress and results
• Collaborate cross functionally across the organization and manage business relationships
• Complete teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, timekeeping, job performance, evaluations including Performance Reviews, and disciplinary action as required

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with working knowledge Revenue Cycle teams, functions, systems, and processes
• Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills
• At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field from a 4-year College or University or 4 years of related experience preferred

COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
