The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

This summer internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) while developing essential skills in project management, leadership, networking, and communication. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in IAM-related initiatives, and engage in professional development activities designed to enhance their leadership potential. 

What You Will Do

  • Assist in managing IAM lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding. 
  • Learn PMO tools and methodologies and incorporate them in daily work
  • Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting for IAM initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts.
  • Engage in stakeholder meetings and lead small initiatives within the IAM space. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership. 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates must not graduate prior August 2025. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.

  • The preferred candidate should have a wide understanding of computer principles. 
  • The candidate must be able to take direction from, and to work effectively in collaborative team environment.
  • Other preferred skills include: Presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, project management and decision-making skills.

Location: Candidates must be located in and willing to work in a hybrid capacity from Dallas, TX or Farmington, CT.

Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
