The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

This internship will be working in our RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. This role will support cross-functional teams covering multiple business units in aspects of RTX Corporate Operations and Supply Chain.  

What You Will do

The RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization supports product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk, performance, analytics and tools as well as other strategic initiatives. The cross-functional team is comprised of key individuals within each RTX Business unit and this role will work in a matrixed organization. Supply Chain Category reviews include, operational and spend analysis, development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support. Measure of success include synergy and cost-savings initiatives, standard work development and improvements and leadership and support of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Candidates must be entering their Junior or higher year by the start of summer 2025, or pursuing a Master's degree but not graduating prior to Summer 2025.
  • Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree majoring in Engineering, supply chain, quality, operations or closely related field. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Location: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
