The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a US Strategic Pricing Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Develop and implement price models to optimize revenue and market share
- Align price strategies with corporate goals, sales objectives and market trends
- Support contract negotiations with GPOs, IDNs, Distributors and Government entities
- Build pricing simulation models to assess revenue impact and profitability scenarios
- Develop pricing dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) for executive reporting
- Use analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Python, R) to identify price optimization opportunities
- Leverage data, analytical skills, curiosity and creativity to craft a strategy and tell a story
- Partner with sales, contracting, marketing, finance, commercial excellence to ensure pricing strategies align with business needs
- Develop and deliver creative and compelling presentations
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of pricing, marketing, sales or finance related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND twelve (12) years of pricing, marketing, sales or finance related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience in Healthcare (knowledge of GPO and IDN contracting process)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of payer dynamics (private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Experience in Government and Distribution contracting
- Advanced analytical skills and track record of operational execution
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, dashboards creation
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven capability to collaborate and lead across functions and internal structures
- Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
