Your Career
We’re looking for a Strategic Enablement Manager to drive high-impact training and enablement initiatives for our most critical partners. In this role, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that align with partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies and help them realize the full value of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
As part of the Global Partner Enablement team, you’ll collaborate with the MSSP partner program, channel sales teams, and the broader Learning & Enablement org to create scalable, relevant, and measurable enablement experiences for sales and technical audiences for all Palo Alto Networks products.
Your Impact
Develop and launch scalable, high-impact enablement programs tailored to strategic MSSP partners
Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to advise on enablement strategies aligned to business needs
Gather requirements and translate them into actionable enablement plans and custom project roadmaps
Design and maintain security learning portals and resources that are easy to access and drive value
Curate and organize course catalogs by sourcing content across internal teams
Coordinate logistics for training events and measure program success
Identify enablement gaps and collaborate with internal training teams to address them
Define KPIs and analyze performance data to inform program improvement
Champion certification and credentialing efforts to boost partner engagement
Qualifications
Your Experience
5+ years in enablement, including hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering partner-focused learning programs
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent communication and content development abilities
Ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible learning formats
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with enablement tools and Learning Management Systems
Deep understanding of security and network technologies preferred
Global perspective with an ability to scale programs across regions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $118000 - $191500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
