About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to take our lead generation efforts to the next level, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives on developing multi-channel campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads for our mental health services, particularly within the education sector.

In this role, you’ll design and execute targeted strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads, focusing on school partnerships, and digital marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and school partnership teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive measurable growth. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and relationship-building in the education space, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels, including email marketing, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media targeting the education sector.

  • Design compelling landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to optimize conversions.

  • Identify and target key audience segments (Superintendents, school district leaders, key stakeholders) to drive qualified leads.

  • Manage and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track lead progression and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.

  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker, and other tools to optimize ROI.

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop lead magnets (impact data, webinars, guides) that engage our audience.

  • Conduct A/B testing on education-based campaigns, messaging, and creative assets to enhance lead quality and volume.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Daybreak Health’s lead generation efforts cutting-edge.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Patient Acquisition, and Product teams to ensure messaging alignment across the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or similar roles.

  • Proven track record of executing high-impact lead generation campaigns with measurable results.

  • Expertise with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for crafting persuasive messaging.

  • Experience in education, EdTech, or B2B marketing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of paid media buying and optimization.

We want to see you shine! Our interview process is designed to highlight your strengths, explore past projects, and even give you a taste of what it’s like to work with us. Here’s what to expect:

Step 1: 15-minute intro chat with Recruiting – Let’s get to know each other!

Step 2: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager – Deep dive into your experience.

Step 3: Take-home assignment – Put your skills to the test, then discuss your approach with the team (Step 4).

Step 4: Assignment interview with the Hiring Manager + relevant stakeholders in a panel discussion.

Step 5: 1:1 interviews with cross-functional leaders (same pool as Step 4). One of these will be with our CEO and Co-Founder here at Daybreak Health. 

Compensation

Daybreak’s compensation is a mix of cash and equity- we are projecting that this role will have salary range between 100k-150k per year. As a high-growth company on a mission, we value employees who are fully bought in and want to be owners of the company. We offer competitive cash compensation and above-market equity, ensuring long-term ownership and upside.

We also have a strong benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, a flexible remote-first working environment, and parental leave. Unlimited PTO with an enforced minimum of 3+ weeks off per year and regular company mental health days.
