The Standard has completed the acquisition of the Employer[AM1] Voluntary Benefits business from Allstate. This deal enhances our competitive position in the market with a comprehensive offering of workplace benefits products and capabilities.
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects as well as oversees the execution of solutions impacting profitability and operational efficiencies. Leverages Voluntary Benefits business and industry knowledge and best practices when consulting with business partners and clients to recommend innovative solutions to complex problems. Responsible for influencing others directly or virtually to accomplish business goals/objectives. Oversees a team and is responsible for achieving team goals.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Optimization – Gathers and analyzes stakeholder requirements, process data, and business practices to drive operational improvements.
Strategic Insights & Profitability – Provides expertise on cost structures, profitability, and operational efficiencies to enhance business performance.
Project Execution & Leadership – Ensures successful completion of complex enterprise projects, leading teams and managing organizational change.
Industry Trends & Best Practices – Applies industry knowledge to solve complex problems and recommend strategic solutions to senior leadership.
Enterprise Collaboration & Policy Implementation – Partners across departments to optimize business operations and establish policies for enterprise records management.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred). In lieu of the education requirement, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in business process consulting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of continual improvement processes, data compilation, strategic planning, strategic thinking, and trend analysis.
Previous leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities
Ability to identify and execute continuous improvement ideology across functional business areas

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$133,750.00 - $195,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
