Strategic HTM Program Leader Role Summary
- This role will drive implementation of service program plus project management for cost productivity.
- This role will have responsibility of management of field base technical employees and vendor relationships.
- This role is to drive operations excellence through proactive and reactive actions and influencing leadership across US Service.
- Deliver outcomes to our field teams and customer related HTM Service Programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead / implement HTM service programs that drive revenue and cost productivity.
- Drive project plan with vendors that track deliverables and drive accountability with stakeholders.
- Management of field based technical employees and coordinate with leadership teams where support is needed.
- Knowledge and understanding of service industry and trends.
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Service Leadership experience. (Or High School Diploma and 10+ years of Service Leadership experience).
- Team-centric, service-minded, committed, enthusiastic, and inquisitive.
- Ability to work at all levels of an organization to coordinate project-based activities.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, influence, and build rapport at all levels within an organization both internally and customer-facing.
- Customer facing experience required.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $101,600.00-$152,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
