The Strategic Finance team at Genesys is a key partner to the business and provides analysis and thought leadership to support executive decision-making and company performance across key strategic goals.
The team is looking for a Strategic Finance senior analyst who will serve as a business partner for the Renewal Management leadership team, which drives growth by ensuring customers renew and expand their partnership with Genesys over time.
As a business partner for this team, the Strategic Finance senior analyst would play a key role supporting one of the largest value drivers at the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Support analytics for quarterly renewals forecasting process: consolidate and validate contractual data from multiple sources, synthesize and overlay business assumptions at the customer level, produce and maintain renewal metrics commonly used within enterprise software to evaluate customer trends and business performance
Partner with regional Renewal Management, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and other teams to assess customer intentions at time of contract renewal
Collaborate with revenue forecasting teams and other Finance stakeholders to validate contractual data and ensure renewal assumptions are appropriately reflected within financial models
Perform ad-hoc analyses, interpret renewal data, and provide decision support to Renewal Management leaders
Produce executive-level outputs that explain trends in the business
Identify and drive forecasting process improvements, including standardized reporting tools and dashboards
Qualifications / Skills:
3+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investing, investment banking, transaction services, or other business partnership role
Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills
