About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Staff Release Manager with a strong technical focus to lead the release management cycle in a fast-paced environment. This role presents a one-of-a-kind chance to have a significant impact in a growing company by assessing and directing the current release process, as well as partnering with various teams to strategize and enhance the process.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience with both release train and CI/CD models, and a proven track record of successfully directing teams through technological transformations providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.The Staff Release Manager plays a critical role in overcoming challenges, resolving conflicts, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing strong negotiation abilities.
