Financial Supply Chain Senior Specialist:

The Senior Specialist role focuses on the development and maintenance of financial supply chains for both in-development and in-line products. The position involves collaboration with various departments, including Tax, Supply Chain, Business Development, Global Trade Compliance, Finance, Distribution and Logistics and Comet SAP. The role is crucial for ensuring that financial supply chains align with the company’s tax strategy, making it a key control function within the organization. Additionally, it offers the opportunity to actively participate in the company's product development and launch initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development of Financial Supply Chain Maps: Assisting the Corporate Tax team in creating financial supply chain maps using tools like Visio and eventually transitioning to a cloud-based tool. This involves mapping out financial supply chains for new products, new deals, divestitures, and source changes to existing products.

• Collaboration with Value Chain Management and Supply Chain Planning: Working closely with these teams to ensure that financial supply chains are updated in a timely manner and structured in a way that supports business operations. 

• Participation in TRAIN and Project Teams: Actively engaging in TRAIN and project teams for new business initiatives, ensuring that the interests of financial supply chain are represented.

• Management of SAP Fields: Overseeing the intercompany customer and vendor fields within the SAP system, which is crucial for maintaining accurate financial and operational data.

These responsibilities highlight the role’s focus on collaboration, strategic planning, and operational management withing the financial supply chain context.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience in SAP, Supply Chain, or Intercompany Finance is preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Ability to lead a team across divisions and regions.

• Ability to effectively support business constituents with sometimes conflicting requirements and business objectives.

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
