We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master for 2 mature development teams. Ideally someone who can leverage Agile principles to ensure adherence to the theory, practices, and rules of Scrum.

About the team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

What you'll own

Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Facilitate and Coach:  Educate and coach the team to use standard "ways of working" fostering understanding and consistency in team practices

Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.

Agile Best Practices: Promote and implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity and quality.

What you bring

  • Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles

  • Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, Teams

  • Prerequisite- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II) preferred.

  • Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

  • Strong mediation and negotiation skills

  • Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills

  • Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience in agile principles.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $115,590.00 - $194,180.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
