Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing post-sales team. In this position, you will retain customers and revenue by identifying and saving all possible customers at risk of churning.
- Identify customers that may be at risk of churning within the Sr. Scaled segment
- Engage with customers that may be at risk of churn
- Resolve outstanding issues and save customers from churning
- Receive and manage churn situations handed off by other CSMs
- Manage assigned and self-generated Call To Action (CTAs) and keep info updated and accurate for reliable reporting
- Qualify Expansion Opportunities as they arise and handoff to Corporate Account Managers through Gainsight
We’d love to chat if you have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of customer success/retention experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- An ability to calmly handle difficult situations and solve customer problems
- Detail-oriented and organized
This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone
