Position Summary

Position can be based remotely in the Midwest / Central United States or in-person in our Denver headquarters.

 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Recruiter will actively seek out talented candidate slates for roles across OVG functions and departments, and strategiically partner with hiring managers to fill open positions. This is a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team with an ever growing and dynamic work environment.

 

This role will pay a salary of $85,000 to $90,000.

This position will remain open until June 27, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to determine hiring needs
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract top candidates
  • Review applications and screen qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and obtain feedback
  • Partner with Hiring Managers during the offer process
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities

  • Must work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Bilingual a plus
