About the Role:
Join our innovative Endpoint Protection (EPP) product team and play a key role in developing the most advanced endpoint security solution in the world. We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in UI test automation to champion quality and ensure CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform remains the best endpoint protection product in the market.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle as a member of a cross-functional team

  • Own development of test plans for UI functionality to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance reaches our standards for quality

  • Increase and improve automated test coverage across EPP-owned UI features

  • Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer support escalations

  • Contribute to existing tools, frameworks, and related solutions as needed to deliver on goals

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management

  • Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., TestRail/Xray) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing

  • Familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools for enhancing manual testing efficiency

  • Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools like Bamboo, git, or similar

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in remote-first environments and global teams

  • Experience with Playwright and Behavior Driven Development

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS products

  • Knowledge of and experience in cybersecurity or productivity apps

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
