About the Role:
Responsible for growing a portfolio of products within the Partner Solutions division. This role will drive strategy, commercialization, execution, and performance.
What You Will Do:
- Be the undisputed expert and thought leader for each respective product.
- Own the overall product strategy, communicated through the product roadmap.
- Partner with cross functional teams for tactical execution of the product strategy.
- Own product performance across all aspects of the product line (onboarding, compliance, oversight, etc.).
- Deliver commercialized and scalable products.
- Drive revenue by developing new products and functionality.
- Expand use cases for of existing products.
- Collaborate with partners and partner-facing teams to understand needs and develop corresponding solutions.
- Own, drive, and report on product KPIs and KRIs. Advocate for initiatives that impact these.
- Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute.
- Own product specific risks and associated controls.
- Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning.
- Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- 5-8 years of related experience and/or training required.
- Must have experience with Consumer payment apps/Wallets
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
- Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment desired.
- Prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products preferred.

Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
