Your Impact: As the Senior Product Manager for Renasight, you'll spearhead the evolution of our genetic testing platform, driving innovation that directly improves patient outcomes. You'll own the product roadmap, from concept to launch, ensuring Natera remains at the forefront of the rapidly advancing field of genetic diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Renasight
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle
• Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling value propositions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to deliver exceptional products
• Define and track key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Create data-driven business cases and financial models to support new initiatives

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in life sciences, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience, including 2-3 years in product management or commercialization
• Strong background in diagnostics and next-generation sequencing (preferred)
• Experience with regulated medical products for clinical and research use
• Proven track record of successful product launches in the life sciences industry
