Position Summary

Natera's Oncology Software Product team is at the forefront of personalized genetic testing, transforming how we approach cancer care. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Owning and expanding the Altera CGP software roadmap with new innovations.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop software that supports our genomic testing services.
  • Guiding software development through prioritization, detailed use cases, and stakeholder alignment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned product line.
  • Collaborate with R&D, clinical, design, and engineering teams to craft software solutions.
  • Translate market, business, and clinical needs into executable product requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare IT, biotech, or software, with bonus points for experience in oncology genetics testing.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, define, and deliver best-in-class software experiences.
  • Expertise with Agile methodologies and experience managing full lifecycle software projects.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • BA/BS in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in scalable business rule applications, enterprise software, or business-critical systems is a plus.
