We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of our pre-paid benefits Card product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the card industry, possesses strong leadership abilities, and can effectively translate customer needs into successful products.
What you’ll be doing
- Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for pre-paid benefits card product, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives. Define the product vision, positioning, and target market.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for your products, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations and marketing, to ensure successful execution.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile interfaces. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Agile Development: Champion an agile development methodology, collaborating closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features in iterative cycles. Drive efficient and effective development processes, ensuring timely
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, operational teams, servicing teams, marketing teams, and sales teams, to gather input, gain buy-in, and align product strategies with broader organizational goals. Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Analyze user metrics, engagement data, and feedback to iterate and enhance the card products continuously.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the card space. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to product management teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on card products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Salary Range
$120500.00 To $160000.00 / yearBenefits & Perks
The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range in addition to a full range of benefits including:
