Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of Vendor Management including, but not limited to overseeing relationships with vendors, ensuring vendors meet performance and compliance standards, strategically selecting vendors, managing contracts, and continuously monitoring vendor performance to optimize collaboration and mitigate risks; key responsibilities include researching vendors, conducting vendor evaluations and audits. Role is also responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Develops and manages financial and operational objectives. Ensures vendor’s operational plans are aligned with business objectives.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Works with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, WFM, Procurement, Logistics etc. to manage day to day activities of all projects.
- Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of new services and changes to current SOWs.
- Manage, coach and develop vendor management team.
- Manage, create, and maintain projects including templates, project reports and distribution of project timelines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of tailored services; negotiates contract terms and conditions.
- Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Maintains project reports and distribution of project timelines.
- Instructs team on project-specific assignments.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Existing management experience required
- Ability to have clear and direct communication with all levels including senior leadership across the organization.
- Experience in contract management, vendor management, and project management required.
- Strong experience in excel, tableau, PowerPoint etc.

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $104,543.65 - $191,663.37Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
