The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics acts as the focal point of our distributed data teams, harmonizing multiple workstreams articulately and driving development effectively. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Manage a harmonious portfolio of Supply Chain KPI’s, acting as the connective tissue between cross-functional partners (i.e., Supply Chain teams, enterprise Digital & Data, Brand, Commercial, etc.) to collaboratively drive results through shared governance.
- Design, prioritize, and align a holistic Supply Chain KPI strategy, thoughtfully defining metrics and benchmarking progress in comparison to our previous performance and against industry standards.
- Provide analytics as a shared service to the Supply Chain through the development of meaningful reporting and conducting ad-hoc analyses as necessary.
- Operate as the central nervous system, monitoring the data to sense opportunities and risks early, communicating the insights with intent on a recurring basis.

We’d love to hear from people with
Education/Certifications:
- BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA preferred)
Work Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, program management, management consulting, or relevant field (experience in apparel, footwear, or retail industry is a plus)
- 2+ year of experience leading high-performance, collaborative teams.
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense. (Excel required, SQL is a plus, procedural programming a big plus)
- Experience in managing projects from ideation to execution with a cross-functional stakeholder group.
- Experience translating business needs for a technical team to execute.
- Strong experience with data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills. (Strong PowerPoint experience required)
- Proven people leader with a track record of effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams to achieve high performance and organizational goals.
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.

$140,000 - $150,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
