Sunrun is a leading provider of residential solar electricity, dedicated to creating a sustainable future by providing innovative solar and battery storage solutions to homeowners across the US and Puerto Rico. Our New Homes channel is focused on medium and large sized production homebuilders and bringing these cutting-edge technologies to new homebuyers, enhancing their living experience while promoting renewable energy and smart home technology. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Sales Operations to lead our sales operations and inside sales teams and drive our mission forward.
The Senior Manager of Sales Operations will supervise the Manager of Homebuilder Elite, a team of representatives dedicated to communicating with new homebuyers about their solar and battery storage product offerings related to their new home. While the majority of the volume in this channel does not require an actual sale, we do require customer decisions that align with our product mix forecasts. Additionally, the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations will supervise the Sales Operations team, a function that supports the Homebuilder Elite team and the Account Managers. This role will lead onboarding and training of team members, communicating, developing and driving success metrics, coaching and enabling the team, preparing capacity and utilization plans, overseeing departmental costs, and ensuring the achievement of success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work cross-functionally within Sunrun to drive business requirements and process improvement. The successful candidate will ensure we meet service level agreements (SLAs), maintain quality standards, and achieve productivity and sales targets. You will motivate your team to deliver specific outcomes as defined in the New Homes annual plan.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to effectively communicate solar and battery storage offerings.
Lead, mentor and develop the sales operations team to support Account Managers and the Homebuilder Elite teams through tight processes, on time deliverables, and analytics & insights.
Manage the Business Analyst function that provides analytical support to the inside sales team, NH Account Managers and operation
Oversee onboarding and continuous training programs for new team members to enhance their sales …
