SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: Candidate required to be in Florida with a preference in Orlando, Ft Myers, or Tampa metro markets
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Key Account Manager for 7-Eleven is responsible for growing share by developing & maintaining strong relationships with A-B wholesalers, Region Team, and key 7-Eleven stakeholders. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and execute A-B sales objectives at 7-Eleven, including volume, share, distribution, and assortment. The Sr. KAM must be organized, ambitious, analytical, and dependable.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Grow A-B sales & share in national off-premise chain account
- Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions
- Direct and manage space management priorities of A-B and the account
- Utilize sales tools (IRI, Hero, IDIG, PowerBI, etc.)
- Maintain active communications and foster relationships with A-BI region sales and wholesaler personnel
- Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets
- Contribute to development and management of month PRs and annual account plan
- Facilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account
- travel up to 50%
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired)
- Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling)
- Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
- High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
- Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred
- Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
- Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries
- Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and Wholesaler Equity Agreement
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
