Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Integrated Program Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, integration, analysis, documentation, and presentation of process plans and schedules across the entire contract lifecycle. Key tasks include independently generating strawman Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) based on Proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL). This role will ensure that project timelines are aligned with contractual obligations and program objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Operates independently, determining methods and procedures for new or special assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Develops, integrates, and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
  • Ensures schedules are compliant with Government guidelines (DI-MGMT-81861B/C, DCMA) and earned value management (EVM) practices.
  • Conducts critical path analysis, performance tracking, and reporting for moderate to high-risk programs.
  • Collaborates with departments such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
  • Uses scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and applies advanced project management techniques (e.g., schedule risk assessments, milestone charts).
  • Works closely with cost analysts to reconcile budgets and schedules, ensuring all work breakdown structures (WBS) are accounted for.
  • Leads training and development of junior schedulers and program specialists, including testing new tools.
  • Supports compliance reviews, audits (DCAA, DCMA), and ongoing adherence to company policies and ethics.
  • Expert in integrated scheduling, leading the generation of strawman IMP/IMS models based on proposals and statements of work (SOW).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Scheduling Software systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
  • Microsoft Project Experience
  • Previous experience working with Government contracts

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Aerospace/ Manufacturing experience

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
