Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Refine and scale the Customer Success function to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead customer engagements from pilot through commercialization, focusing on delivering value and building strong relationships.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and impactful customer acquisition and conversion opportunities.
Create high-quality collateral, case studies, and presentations to support business development and executive-level communication.
Develop financial models demonstrating the value and ROI of Kintsugi for prospective customers.

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree with outstanding academic performance and
5+ years’ experience managing Business Growth & Strategy
Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities
Experience managing M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments.
Strong quantitative skills to supervise data analysis, interpret output, and generate insights.

Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively in a professional environment, both in writing and verbally.
Preferred Qualifications
An MBA with three to six years of postgraduate school experience in a consulting, operating, or investment banking role, with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment. Some previous management consulting experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members.
Work Environment
Remote with travel to the client as needed. Willingness to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
