Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Partner Marketing Communications Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to support our partnerships and drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing communication plans for our partner community.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, emails, web content, and social media posts, to promote Genesys brand and values, partnership initiatives, special announcements.
  • Coordinate joint marketing programs with partners, including co-branded collateral, events, webinars, social medial posts, website content, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner communication channels.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing communications activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partner organizations, acting as a primary point of contact for communication-related matters.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner developments to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, enablement teams, partner sales teams, and others, to align partner communication efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related experience

- Eight or more years of experience in partner marketing, marketing communications, or related roles.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the impact of marketing communications initiatives.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$90,600.00 - $177,800.00
