The Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy will be focused on working across Teladoc Health’s US Group Health (USGH) sales teams ensuring that Teladoc Health is well positioned relative to any competitors and that our selling and client facing teams are well equipped to combat competitive threats.

You will be part of a dynamic, innovative organization that is a leader in delivering new care solutions to the market. In this role you will be supporting USGH efforts to partner with US Employers and Health Plans.

You will play a key role in driving processes that provide insight and clarity on competitive offerings, messaging and our best positioning to ensure we are positioning Teladoc most competitively. You will partner with cross functional teams to construct, deliver, and promote our competitive advantages with the market for sales and client management enablement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, summarize, and evaluate competitor capabilities across lines of business. Keeping pulse on the market of how competitors' offerings are evolving and what is resonating in the market.
  • Summarize how Teladoc Health’s capabilities compare to competitors, where we differentiate, are at parity, and what gaps exist in clear and impactful reports.
  • Act as a resource and internal expert on our competitive differentiation across the full suite of products that our sales teams can call on.
  • Develop standardized processes and schedule for updating competitive insight and disseminating findings.
  • Partner with cross functional internal stakeholders to make progress on prioritizing and addressing gaps identified, leveraging existing workgroups and committees as needed.
  • Own and manage the use of battlecard platform to make the best use of their technology to communicate key competitive insights and updates across stakeholders
  • Identify topics and write content for bi-weekly market update newsletter to communicate key competitive and market dynamics so that teams can act on learnings
  • Lead cross functional team trainings on competitive intel as needed
  • Lead targeted competitive research assessments as needed (e.g., specific product capabilities, outcomes comparison)
  • Opportunity to work on special projects and initiatives to advance Teladoc Health’s strategy and positioning.
