Genesys is growing rapidly, and the¬†Customer¬†Success¬†Strategic Finance Team is looking for an accomplished Senior¬†Analyst¬†with finance, data, and teamwork skills who can thrive in a¬†dynamic¬†and entrepreneurial¬†organization. The¬†Customer¬†Success¬†Strategic Finance team at Genesys is the core liaison between our various business partners and finance¬†organization. This team is the ‚Äúglue‚ÄĚ that¬†connects¬†the dots between what happens in the field and how it interfaces with the finance¬†organization.


  • Develop¬†maintain financial models to¬†understand¬†and facilitate effective¬†decision¬†making for the¬†Customer¬†Success¬†organization.

  • Ownership of financial planning such as monthly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, etc.

  • Assist in drafting finance and business presentations.

  • Deliver insights into drivers of business¬†growth, costs, use metrics, and identify¬†risks¬†and opportunities with actionable recommendations.

  • Ensure monthly financial¬†results¬†are stated accurately in partnership with the Accounting¬†organization¬†(GAAP knowledge a plus).

Key Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.

  • 3+¬†years¬†of finance experience; publicly traded company experience a plus.

  • Workday Financials &¬†Adaptive¬†Insights experience.

  • Excellent¬†communication skills, and ability to¬†articulate¬†complex¬†financial data and concepts in simple business terms.

  • Motivated and resourceful;¬†autonomously¬†capable of seeking information, solving¬†complex¬†problems, compiling resources, and delivering¬†results¬†in challenging situations.

  • Excellent¬†financial modeling skills,¬†together¬†with demonstrated capabilities creating financial forecasts, analyses of large data sets, and ad hoc strategic models.

  • Ability to¬†manage¬†multiple projects at once, and to self-direct¬†your efforts as appropriate among¬†competing¬†priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner,¬†develop¬†trust, ‚Ķ
