What will you be doing?
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support our Operations business. In this role, you will partner with senior operations leaders to effectively forecast, budget, report, and analyze financial data.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages, analyses, and narratives for business partners and senior management, focusing on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions.
- Leverage financial systems (Office Connect and Adaptive) to drive growth through revenue pipeline review, forecasting, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy.
- Provide budgeting and forecasting support to ensure accurate tracking.
- Assist vertical leaders and their teams with inquiries related to forecasts, revenue, billing, and contracts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Consulting.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency with financial systems like Workday Adaptive, and OneStream/Office Connect software is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Experience in the Tech/Software industry, particularly with recurring revenues, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build models and present outputs in a stakeholder-friendly manner.
- Proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and proactively solve business problems.
- Strong influencing skills, capable of presenting financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, US. Candidates located in Chicago, IL preferred but not required. Candidates will be required to work within business hours in the central time zone.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $115,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
