Sr. Event Producer, Event Production, Accelerate Seller Events

Are you interested in leveraging your program and relationship management skills to join an event production team responsible for the content and production execution of highly visible, large-scale Amazon seller conferences? The Senior Event Producer role will lead the strategy and execution for Amazon seller events keynote portfolio, whether virtual, physical, or hybrid for a global audience – including our annual flagship event, Amazon Accelerate.
As a Senior Event Producer, you will work tirelessly to drive the keynote program work stream from end-to-end, building relationships and partnering with cross-functional teams while influencing leaders on strategy and direction. You understand how to breakdown complex workflows, are extremely organized, and can communicate updates and action items clearly and concisely. You are able to engage attendees through content and experiences in order to connect with and inspire them. You understand the keynote development process from end-to-end and will work closely with the scriptwriter team, creative design team, and video producers to ensure that informative and entertaining presentations are being delivered for our seller attendees. You will bring fresh ideas to continuously raise the bar for keynote programming.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Communications, PR, product managers, marketers, program managers, executive leadership, and legal across the Selling Partner Services organization, to develop exciting and compelling keynote experiences. You will navigate multiple teams and their priorities while developing a road map and workback that all keynote participants and stakeholders follow.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the direction of seller event keynotes and is ready to adapt and lead in seller events.
Key job responsibilities
• Responsibility for creating and executing the end-to-end keynote strategy for major seller-facing events like Amazon Accelerate. This includes sourcing, curating, and distributing exclusive content and formats, from across Amazon, to ensure the most relevant and exciting experience for sellers.
• Managing a complex, cross-functional program with significant impact. The role requires deep program management expertise in order to move fast, gain alignment, and deliver at a high bar.
• Driving efficiency and proactively creating processes to maintain high standards across the seller events team.
• Engaging with internal partners to identify and build mechanisms that streamline keynote processes, and collaborate with leadership to align on strategy, milestones, and key deliverables.
About the team
The Accelerate Seller Events Team (ASET) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Amazon Seller events, including our flagship event, Amazon Accelerate. Our team also supports internal events and communications along with acting as a center of excellence and partner to other event teams from across the globe.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience defining and executing against program requirements
- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Basic Qualifications
