What We're Looking for
We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our efforts in selling cutting-edge embedded banking technology solutions to Fintech partners and our expanding network of sponsor banks. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in financial technology sales and a passion for leading high-performing sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, process, and culture while driving team success in closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Partner with team members to identify and nurture prospects, assist in complex deal negotiations, and ensure successful closings.
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and operational plans that align with company goals.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with prospects, acting as a strategic advisor to their executives, product teams, and developers.
- Work closely with marketing to develop impactful campaigns and collateral, and with product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance offerings.
