The Opportunity
“We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Operations Team to help us solve problems! We are looking for someone who loves to organize and deliver results with a focus on building and continually improving processes across a variety of teams. This role is a change agent role in helping teams to identify problems, come up with a variety of solutions to a problem, and then determine which one is the best one to execute and why. Although this role is an individual contributor role, there is an emphasis on leading and building teams cross functionally to build really cool software and produce results!” – Business Operations-Vice President
What You’ll Contribute
- Collaborate with and lead cross functional teams to deliver results on various product and software operational programs.
- Manage communication with various program teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate and moderate tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed.
- Ensure program deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
- Schedule and moderate program review meetings as needed.
- Develop and manage Program Plans to ensure successful execution through to completion.
- Produce and catalog all program documentation including program charters and weekly reporting.
- Develop reports/dashboards and regularly update stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Think strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way to help improve FICO’s product operations globally.
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders and provide recommendations on the best way to advance program goals.
- Act as an agent for change within the organization to build strong program teams and advance FICO’s platform first agenda.
What We’re Seeking
- Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Strong background in leading and completing complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products and cloud-based services.
- Understanding of Agile development lifecycle and cloud delivery operations.
- Highly collaborative; works seamlessly with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver complex projects on time.
- Exceptional facilitation, moderation and organization skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- An ability to balance detail-orientation as well as big picture thinking and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $144,000 to $226,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
