A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The Sr. Director, Market Access Marketing & Strategy will be responsible for leading initiatives that support the market access team and developing payor engagement strategies. This role will focus on building compelling payor value presentations, devising multi-channel access strategies, conducting payor research, establishing access forecasts/roadmaps, and driving National Drug Coding (NDC) strategy. The individual will work cross-functionally to create impactful pull-through materials for the sales team, partnering closely with sales training to ensure effective implementation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of market access dynamics, payor value communication, and the broader commercial landscape of both MedTech and pharmaceutical products.  

YOU’RE AWESOME AT:

  • Develops and refines payor value decks to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to payors and other key stakeholders. 
  • Supports the market access team in devising cross channel access strategies that ensure optimal product placement and reimbursement. 
  • Conducts payor research to identify trends, coverage opportunities, and risks, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Drives (NDC) and Compendium strategies for competitive positioning.
  • Drives pricing initiatives to optimize value while considering payor requirements and market dynamics. 
  • Develops co-pay assistance strategy that ensure affordability and reduce barriers to access for patients. 
  • Creates pull-through materials for sales teams in collaboration with sales training, ensuring that market access initiatives translate into actionable field strategies.
