Job Description:
The role:
As the Global Sr. Director of Sales Operations and Analytics, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving our sales strategy. You will oversee comprehensive sales analysis, enhance sales productivity, and optimize operational efficiencies across our dynamic sales team. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in leadership level roles, who can harness data-driven insights to propel sales performance and facilitate strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Design and execute best-in-class sales analytics that maximize team coverage, effectiveness, and efficiency, aligning with overall company goals.
Leadership- Coach and lead a global team of operations managers that support Beauty Health's goals and vision
Insight Generation: Develop and implement a recurring cadence of impactful, data-driven insights, dashboards, and metrics reporting to empower sales leadership and inform strategic decision-making.
Performance Management: Drive comprehensive understanding of pipeline, forecasts, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) across various market segments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster alignment between sales leadership and critical partners, including marketing, finance, HR, analytics, and IT.
Metrics Development: Establish and refine key performance metrics, analyzing salesforce trends to uncover opportunities for increased efficiency and exceptional performance.
System Ownership: Oversee all systems and tools integral to sales processes, ensuring Salesforce (SFDC) is leveraged effectively as the central hub. Develop and track Incentive Compensation plans for the global sales force. You will evaluate, enhance, and implement tools and software, collaborating with our Business Applications team for optimal execution.
Training & Development: Partner with Sales Training to design and develop comprehensive training programs that support the implementation of strategic initiatives and product launches.
Additional Leadership Duties: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required:
Process Improvement Expertise: Strong track record of driving process enhancements in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization; adept at leveraging a wide range of sales metrics, processes, and tools.
Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to frame complex business challenges and translate them into actionable analyses and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making.
Corporate Initiative Management: Extensive experience managing rigorous corporate initiatives and driving results in dynamic environments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing advanced analytics techniques, including regression analysis, predictive modeling, territory planning optimization, and lead scoring, to inform strategic directions.
(Salary Pay Range: $200,000 - $245,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
